Do I have to be a Poshy Peach creator to live here?
Yes. Creator suites are for Poshy Peach creators. If you aren't signed yet, apply and we'll cover management and residency in the same conversation.
Can I use the studios without living here?
Yes. The live stream studios and producer rental spaces are open to any adult creator — see Studios and Rent Space.
When can I move in?
The house opens in late 2027. Applications open before that, and the opening list hears first.
What about privacy?
The house is designed around discretion: private entrance, no shared lobby, and the address is shared only with approved residents and confirmed bookings.
