A mansion built like a set.
Poshy House is a Tampa creator mansion designed from the studs out for one job: making content. Furnished suites, broadcast-ready live rooms, rentable shoot spaces, and a pool that photographs at golden hour — all under one roof, with the Poshy Peach team on site.
Every room does double duty.
Most houses are designed around living. This one is designed around living and shooting — so the bedroom is lit like a set, the lounge has a clean backdrop wall, and the studio down the hall is already wired when you sit down.
It's the difference between a house creators happen to live in and a house that was built for creators. Nothing in it is an afterthought, and nothing needs to be rearranged before you hit record.
- Creator suites — private, furnished rooms styled to shoot in, reserved for Poshy Peach creators.
- Live stream studios — dedicated broadcast rooms with lighting, audio, and a fast wired connection.
- Producer rental sets — seamless-backdrop and styled rooms bookable by the hour or the day.
- Pool & grounds — outdoor sets that change with the light, from noon to neon.
- Common lounge — a shared space to collab, plan, and film the in-between moments.
- Agency on site — the Poshy Peach team works out of the house, not a call center.
Designed so nobody has to explain themselves.
Adult creators deal with enough friction outside the house. Inside it, there is none. The house is planned around discretion by default: a private way in for residents and bookings, no shared lobby, and studios that are sound-treated so what happens in one room stays in that room.
Every booking is confirmed one-to-one, and the address is shared only with approved residents and confirmed bookings. If you've ever shot in a rental that made you nervous, this is the opposite of that.
Tampa, Florida.
The house is in the Tampa area, close enough to the city for collabs and flights, far enough for a quiet pool at midnight. The exact address is shared with approved residents and confirmed bookings, not published.
Opening is planned for late 2027. As the build progresses we'll release tour dates to the opening list first.
Be first through the doors.
One email when Poshy House opens, one when applications and bookings go live. That's it.
