Booking opens with the house in late 2027. Rates will be by the hour and by the day, with the rate card released to the opening list before anyone else sees it.

What producers ask first.
Do I need to be a Poshy Peach creator to rent?
No. Producer rentals and the live stream studios are open to anyone 18 or over. Only residency in the creator suites is reserved for Poshy Peach creators.
Is adult content really okay?
Yes. The house is built for adult creators and productions. Standard professional requirements apply: everyone on set is 18+ and verified.
Can I book a resident to shoot with?
Collabs with resident creators are arranged through Poshy Peach directly, not through the space booking. Ask when you book and we'll connect you.
What's the minimum booking?
Hourly, with day rates for longer shoots. Minimums and the rate card are announced with the opening.
